# Service Quotas

---

## Overview

The **Service Quota** card lists the Fours services, shows whether each one is enabled for your organization, and gives the one quota among them: your Professional Services hours. An Admin can also use it to hide a service's pages from the console's left navigation. Fours sets which services are enabled and the quota; which of their pages your organization's navigation shows is up to your Admins.

## View service quotas

Open [**Settings**](https://console.suger.io/settings?tab=organization) in the Fours Console and select **Organization**. The **Service Quota** card is the last card on the page, with one row per service:

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Service** | **Professional Services**, **Marketplace**, **Tax**, **Cosell**, **Workflow**, and **PRM**, followed by PRM's three features, indented beneath it: **Training**, **Co-Sell**, and **Commissions**. |
| **Enabled** | **Enabled** or **Disabled** for your organization. A PRM feature row shows **Disabled** whenever PRM is disabled, whatever the feature's own setting. |
| **Quota** | Hours, on the **Professional Services** row only, with a **Current period** line beneath the row giving the period's dates. The other services have no quota and show "—". |
| **Visibility** | For an enabled service that owns left-navigation entries, how many of them are shown, such as *5 of 5 shown*. Every other row shows "—". See [Hide pages from the left navigation](#hide-pages-from-the-left-navigation). |

## Hide pages from the left navigation

An Admin can hide a service's entries from the console's left navigation for everyone in your organization, for example **Revenue** for a team that never uses it. A service's entries appear only while the service is enabled and the entry isn't hidden here.

1. In the **Service Quota** card, click the count in an enabled service's **Visibility** column, such as *5 of 5 shown*. A switch appears for each of the service's entries.
2. Turn a switch off to hide that entry, or on to show it again.

| Service | Its left-navigation entries |
| --- | --- |
| **Marketplace** | **Product**, **Offer**, **Entitlement**, **Usage Metering**, **Revenue** |
| **Cosell** | **Co-Sell** |
| **PRM** | **Partner** |
| **Workflow** | **Workflows** |

- **Only Admins can switch.** Anyone else can open the list, but its switches are disabled.
- **Professional Services** and **Tax** have no entries to hide.
- **In a buyer organization**, every **Visibility** cell shows "—", and there are no switches.

## Services that are not metered here

AI usage has no row on the card. It is always on, and it is billed through your Fours billing rather than counted against a quota here: its figures are under **Settings** › **Billing**, covered in [Insulin Billing](/insulin/billing/).

## Request a quota increase

Fours sets which services are enabled and your Professional Services quota, so neither can be changed on the card. As the note under its table says: *"Left-navigation visibility is managed here. To request a change to service enablement or quota, please email support@suger.io."*
