# Settings

Organization-wide configuration lives under **Settings** in the Fours Console. These pages cover the settings a team changes after setup: who receives which notification emails, where files and exports go, how CRM data fills a private offer, where buyers land after a marketplace purchase, how your own systems call Fours and receive its events, and which services and quotas your organization has. Users, roles, MFA, and single sign-on are covered in [Account](/get-started/account/).

## Find the setting you need

Open **Settings** from the console's left navigation. Its pages are listed in a rail on the left, grouped under **Personal** and **Organization**, and each page opens with its name and a one-line description of what it holds. When a page has a main button — **New User**, **New API Client**, **New Task** or **Set up SSO** — it sits at the right end of that title row. The chevron button at the top of the rail collapses it to icons, and your browser remembers the choice; on a narrow screen, a menu button opens the list instead. Each page below says where in Settings its options live, all of them in the **Organization** group. The exceptions are under **Settings** in another page's own section rail: private offer field mapping, on the **Offer** page, and the new-client signup form, on the **Product** page.

### Know your limits

| Page | What you use it for |
| --- | --- |
| [Service Quotas](/settings/quota/) | See which Fours services are enabled for your organization and its Professional Services hours, hide pages from the left navigation, and request a change. |

## Scope and limits

:::info
Third-party connections — CRMs, messaging, billing platforms, and more — are connected from **Settings › Integrations** but documented in the [Integrations](/integrations/) tab. Some settings have moved out of **Settings** to the **Settings** item in their own page's section rail. Private offer field mapping is under **Offer** › **Settings**, and the new-client signup form under **Product** › **Settings**. The usage-metering settings (dimension conversion and the commit options) are on the **Usage Metering** page, covered in [Usage Metering](/metering/usage-metering/). The co-sell settings are on the **Co-Sell** page, covered in [Co-sell](/cosell/). The funding configurations are there too, under **Co-Sell** › **Settings** › **Funding** for sellers and resellers; see [AWS Funding](/cosell/cosell-funding/).
